The participant’s registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, refreshments during session breaks, lunch and a soft copy of proceedings. Accommodation will be arranged in the Institute hostels / Guest house on payment basis.

Registration includes Full Conference Kit, Free access to tutorials, lunches on all days, Banquet (including spouse)
There is no limit on the number of papers for initial submission.
Each professional registrant is entitled to uploading a maximum of two papers, and each student registrant is entitled to upload one paper after the papers get accepted.
Travel and accommodation support for students is available, details of which shall be available shortly.
Payment Procedure
Visit state bank icollect home: SBI iCollect.
Accept the terms and conditions and click on proceed.
Select the state as “Tamil Nadu” and Select type as “Educational Institutions”
Select Educational Institutions as “Conference and Workshop NIT Trichy” and submit.
Select category as “INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE – ICECON2019(ICE)” and provide details of payment and submit.
